Dr. Wael Nicolas 5 stars for teeth extraction! This men is a pro. I didn’t feel any pain and let me say that I’m a big chicken. I shop around a lot and I been in many many dentist chair from Vancouver, Alberta, Toronto, and Montreal. So many doctor appointments I been and try to get me into that chair to extract my tooth and I walk out. But today I finally manage to do it with Dr. Wael Nicolas. It was painless. The office is very clean, the staff are friendly and funny. I had 3 teeth remove today. I had my cleaning and filling down as well. The only negative thing is, my partner had the cleaning done and his bill was cheaper then mine while I had to pay more. Both the receipt are the same. So I suggest check your bill. Overall my insurance cover it. Win, win for everyone.

The dentist was good and attentive, and that’s what matters most. The clinic, though.. difficult parking, and lots of people / constant in/out. There’s a medical clinic in there too, and their desk/waiting area is so close. Shared entrance. It gets busy! Being picky, the receptionist could have provided more accurate information to my situation.

Great team, friendly and concerned about every detail! Shout out to Lina, my favourite dental hygienist for taking care of my teeth for years. She always takes her time and gives me great advice of how to keep my teeth looking pretty and healthy. I’m always in good hands, thank you Lina!

I’m new to this clinic. I got referred by my dentist for a specialist, Youssef. A white collar in his field. A competent periodontist who verbalizes every action during his procedure to make sure you re as comfortable as possible. Master of his craft and morally conscious. Extremely ethical and very humane with his approach towards his patients. Felt at ease as an anxious person on a dentist’ chair. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Coming from someone who was always afraid of going to the dentist. But the process of having my Implants was painless and easy. I never thought I would be able to smile with a pearly white teeth again. But see me know. I’m very thankful for them.
