Everyone was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Clean and organized clinic. Dr. R was very thorough and took the time to be playful and very helpful with my young daughter. Nice to have such a positive and supportive experience as a walk-in.

We always have good experience in this clinic. Receptionists are good. Dr.Abdul is very knowledgeable and polite. He listened to me very carefully so that he can diagnose me properly. He didn’t rush me like I have experienced at some other clinic. Also, he provided me great suggestions. Pharmacy people are good too.

This clinic rocks. They are open later than almost any clinic in Edmonton and are super fast and friendly. The chairs in the waiting room are really comfy. I thought Dr. Abdul was very thorough and efficient and clearly very smart. Would recommend!

I booked an appointment for 7:00 p.m. on May 2nd I was left sitting in the room until almost 9:00 p.m. When I had finally gone out to ask what was happening they said there was a medical emergency and the apparent doctor that I had originally booked the appointment with had gone home sick so they had to call in someone else without advising any of the other patients waiting. There were multiple patients waiting long periods of time with no contact or update. I was given a prescription I ended up being allergic to and when I called in to get a replacement as advised by my pharmacist I was put on hold multiple times for over 10 minute increment each time, and each time someone answered when I got frustrated and hung up and called back nobody knew who had put me on hold. I advise them that I had an allergic reaction. She took my name and number said she was going home and would leave a note for the doctor. I got a call back from the doctor quickly and he agreed to try a new medication. but when I asked receptionist to fax the new prescription over as the allergy medication was making me sleepy, there was a very snotty receptionist that said it was my job to get the fax number. She was not going to sit on hold and when I called back again with the fax number they again attempted to put me on hold. In the 2 days that I had called. I'd spent over 40 minutes on hold over 10 minute increments in four phone calls. Very unprofessional. Front end staff doctor was nice enough.

Makes you wait 3 hours in the waiting room when you have an appointment. While others, who were walk ins got in faster. Receptionist said doctor would call for telephone appointment, but never did. I called back after he failed to call on time, and was told that it wasn’t time specific, and he could be calling anywhere from 11-2pm lol. Still never got the call.
