Hisham specializes in real estate in terms of acquisition, financing, marketing, evaluation, property management and investment, and possesses skills in real estate transactions and buying and selling homes. He can help you buy or sell a home in large areas of Canada such as: downtown Toronto and Mississauga as well as Oakville, Milton and Brampton. He and his company submit purchase offers to buyers and sellers for consideration, consult with lenders, attorneys and home inspectors to ensure the terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met, act as a mediator in negotiations between buyers and sellers and represent the buyer or seller, identifying and evaluating undeveloped areas for construction sites based on the market. Hisham studied Information Technology Management at Ryerson University and graduated in 2008.
