I decided to insure my motorcycle with David Carvell because the insurance premium was significantly cheaper than any of the quotes I had received elsewhere. Since then I have received nothing but outstanding service, and everyone that I have spoken to from the agency has been extremely friendly and helpful.

The worst insurance company ever. Was told after a few months I will be charged less never happened kept getting charged over $300 for the basic insurance…. Only the get another insurance telling me to pay less thank $200 saying am not to be charged this much…. Also billed over a month and was told will be refunded only $67 because I canceled a month early.. had to cancel to spare myself the unnecessary billing

I had a really bad experience with my previous Insurance Agent and i was put in a unfavourable position. Then along came David Carvell who saved the day and got me covered on my new motorcycle. He went above and behind to get me the best coverage and in an expedited fashion. I was caught in a bind and Mr. Carvell came through. Also Tamara Khader is amazing very friendly and helpful. She had reached out several times to check in on me and my progress, she was even able to save me some money and on a fee. I can rest assured that im in good competent hands

When my state farm broker retired and transferred all his clients to James, I was nervous I wouldn’t get the same care. Now I have had all of my insurance needs with James for more years than I can remember, I was silly to be nervous! He is always amazing to work with. Pam has been a staple in making sure I have what I need, when I need it and always makes sure I get the best dollar figure. I highly recommend James and his team whenever I’m asked who I have insurance through.
