We had been eating ice cream from this place since they opened but I had never been in. What a pleasant surprise for the vibrant middle Easter decor. I loved the outdoor patio which you can see in the pictures. The variety of icecreams, crepes, fruit juice blends , fruit salads, milk shakes and Arabic sweets are amazing . Not enough staff on the day I visited so the order took very long as only one person was taking orders and making them. Prices seemed on the high side. We sat indoors which is a clean place with lots to look around. The counters have so much display of chocolates, honey and cotton candy. Taste wise it was great but I felt at the bottom they had not used fresh fruit. It felt like canned fruit. The cream is so delicious in the fruit drinks. I had the fruit emperor! Honestly not something I can have everyday due to the richness and price but everyone should try it once at least! This plaza is tucked on Glen Erin and Council road. There is ample parking. The ice creams are amazing!

Visited this spot as I pass by it frequently when I am trying to go to the gym (Oh well). The inside of the restaurant is quite visually appealing. It is clean and just a nice, colorful setting. The food and milkshake I got would be considered "straight bussin" by the youth and I must say that it didn't leave me feeling ill. The milkshake is made with real fruit and tastes good without it being a sugar bomb. They have a fountain in there that wasn't currently on when I arrived but I like to hope that it could be a chocolate fountain, if so I'll be back for a swim FOR SURE. Food was good quality, a little more on the pricey side but I recommend you take the time to dine in. Server there was extremely pleasant and patient with me while I mispronounced every single menu item.

We had a great experience here. Ordered the fruit salad, it's a bit on the expensive side for the item but it tastes good. They also handed out Nutella jars to the kids. Very nice local ice cream shop and it's great to support local. Some improvements- have more fruit variety if we are going lay as much as we do for the fruit salad ice cream, keep one menu without changing ones on the screen and have a server to help keep the tables clean once guests leave.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pinochi, a middle eastern ice cream shop that left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped into the shop, I was greeted with warm and friendly customer service. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, which made my experience all the more enjoyable. I was particularly impressed with their signature dish, the halawa el Jibn. It was a delicious combination of halawa and cheese that was smooth, creamy, and melt-in-your-mouth. The halawa el Jibn was undoubtedly the highlight of my visit to Pinochi and will definitely be the reason for my return. Although they were quite busy when I first arrived, the owner, who happened to be on site, went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was exceptional. He made me a fresh batch of halawa el Jibn, without making me wait the 45 minutes that was initially required. The gesture was greatly appreciated and showed how much they value customer satisfaction. The place has a nice summer patio and plenty of indoor tables. Parking is available in front of the shop. Overall, I highly recommend Pinochi for anyone seeking unique, high-quality, and delicious ice cream. The staff were amazing, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the ice cream was beyond amazing. I have no doubt that my return visit won't be too far away!
