I was so skeptical if i would get what i want, but Ashley was such an amazing hair expert when it came to my damaged hair. She really helped me understand what exactly she was doing- from the steps, to the shampoo to the aftercare she was so helpful. This location is perfect for anyone in mississauga and theres ample parking , full of fearless curly hair women who own their hair. I am very excited to wear my hair natural and go back soon! Everyone is so sweet and nice and no one makes you feel intimidated and feel the love!

I’ve been getting my hair cut and coloured by Olivia since she first started at Hair by Reema in Port Credit and I followed her to Streetsville! She’s so knowledgeable and knows how to make my vision come to life. She’s styled my wavy hair and gave me amazing product recommendations that I use all the time at home (authentic beauty concept). She did my black hair colour and was super helpful with picking the best, most natural tone! The salon is very clean and she makes me feel welcome and comfortable. The environment there is always fun and the girls really know what they’re doing. It’s always a positive experience when I’m there!

The best curly hair cut Iv ever had ! My stylist Ashley spent the first part of my appointment working with my hair and cutting it while dry. She then went and washed/ styled my hair which included diffusing, and finger coiling!! Following this all up my individually cutting my curls after they were styled 💕 Iv never had someone care so much about MY hair and take the time to make sure the style suited me and my curls!! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👏🏽 I got the Cado Curly Cut

Update to review below: After sharing my experience at this salon, I was promptly called back to discuss my haircut and the Hair by Reema team offered to fix my haircut and what I was not happy with. I was able to go in and even out the bangs with Renna recently (picture attached below). The customer service here was great and I appreciated that they took the time to improve my experience! Thank you to the team :) I've been going to Hair by Reema for about 1.5 years (had my hair cut three times) and overall, they've been positive experiences. Renna cut my hair the first two times and this time I had my hair cut by Olivia. My experience overall was positive but I asked for curtain bangs that end around the cheekbone when styled. The curtain bangs I got are a bit shorter and not what I asked for (there was another hair stylist that cut my bangs as Olivia observed). Additionally, my bangs are uneven in how they've been connected to the rest of my hair (right side is missing a face framing layer and I didn't notice until later). Overall, I have good experiences with this salon but I'd advise that you don't hesitate to take your time and clarify with your hair stylist as to what is being done to avoid outcomes like this.
