I would give this place a 0 star if I could. Extremely unprofessional, uneducated brokers. Dealt with Asad Chaudhery to cancel my father's policy effective renewal. First of all, he did not confirm over the phone the effective date of cancelation. He then sends a blank form to sign, which my father signed and returned to the broker assuming it would be for renewal. Asad took the liberty of putting the cancelation date the day phone call took place. When we called to have this corrected not only was he extremely rude but wouldnt admit that he as a broker failed to do his due diligence and confirm the actual date of cancelation. I requested to speak with a supervisor but he wouldn't allow me to speak with a supervisor as apparently he is the supervisor. I asked if all of their calls are recorded and requested yesterday's call to be pulled up and reviewed. He said he doesn't want to waste anymore of his time on me. Of course he knew if call was pulled he would have to admit to his mistake of not confirming the effective date of cancelation. Rude, Disgusting, unethical behavior. Save yourself and find another broker.

My family and I have been with Sterling Insurance for years now and we’ve had a great experience. If any issues arose they were resolved in a timely manner Excellent customer service and prices!
