Alexandre Noble sent my GF an offer form for an apartment, we asked back a simple question, told next day "too late the landlord took someone else". No indication there was a timeline, implied it was a firm offer on the apartment, not something the landlord could jsut wiff on. He said "to bad gotta move fast". On top of which, the number he provided on the signing doc was for a chik fil a??? Bad experience, wouldn't repeat. My GF is devastated.

Working with Sufyan has wonderful. It has been more than a real estate professional agent relationship...... 110% to him. A very comforting experience. Being a relatively new immigrant and having our very first experience of buying a house...... Sufyan, with his transparent & open approach and patiently handling / responding our numerous queries made it look very easy....... kudos to him.!!!!!! Sufyan and his team helped me purchase my first property and the experience was amazing! He was very patient with me while educating with me on the purchasing process as it was my first time.
