Run this is the worst brokerage services l have ever dealt with. Locked us into a 6month contract and when we fired the agent twice the broker of record wouldn't let us out of the contract even when he told us that he has the Power.

They will RIP YOU OFF!!! Horrible experience is the understatement. Brokerage of INSULTS, CARELESSNESS, feels like ROBERY! I had HORRIBLE experience as New Realtor at Remax West. I was TRICKED into contract with fake sweet promises. In reality I got INSULTED by Broker of Racord, Jason Colatosti (Frank Colatosti, owner, and new Manager, Joe Asensio, normized insult). Learned absolutely NOTHING, for which you will pay ~400$/month if not more. Had to fight with Builder MYSELF, upon closing, in order to get paid, as RW failed to do so. Had my own leads, pulled sales on my own. After all that.. RW took away 30% from my deals as per 'being tricked contract'. And I got IGNORED by all of them when tried to negotiate 70/30% split for such an unacceptable behavior. After insult i left Remax West, breaking contract, asked for 85/15% fair deals split, but got IGNORED!!! DISGUSTING BROKERAGE..

Unfortunately one of their agents Andrew Pietrzak was the listing agent and guessing he was only that due to being an acquaintance of the seller/Lessor. A unit that was for rent and for sale listed by him got doubled. He rented to me through my agent, done deal. before I had a chance to take possession, he sold it as well leaving many question marks with the deal and not communicating at all. He played hide and seek with emails and played dumb. A furnished apt now gets transferred to me Unfurnished. Early move in date is complete ignored. And I now will take possession of a unit that I will be requested to move out of in 12 months. All this, 1 week before closing for me. Not the end of this.

Can totally attest to comments made by Rajesh Singh, Sergey, and Sean Parsi. Very unprofessional, unethical, cutthroat business practices. Front desk staff lack basic courtesy and manners. If you can find a decent lawyer...

Agree with Sean Parsi regarding their business practices. Be very careful with this brokerage especially if you are a new agent! Always take legal advice if you still want to sign anything with them.
