Clean, quiet and peaceful rooms. Third time booking a massage here and I had the best RMT Kevin! Will be coming back more often for his services! TonnSide note- just wished I paid after the service and not before. This was the first time I had paid before. I like to give my tip based on how well the service went. So ended up having to make another transaction for a bigger tip. Could have been avoided. But great service!

I went for an hour massage with Hanna at the Robert speck location in Mississauga. This is my second massage with Hanna. Prior to my massage I had severe heel pain and left shoulder pain. Hanna worked her magic and I left feeling significantly better. The environment is clean, warm and comfortable. Check in is smooth, free parking and on time with appointments. They do direct billing to my insurance. Already booked my next visit. Location is nice, located on the second floor. Unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

Me and my husband went there to get massages. It was our first time there and I can tell you it was the best massage ever. I had mine with joy. She was the best and my husband had Brian and he said he had the best massage ever. He really focused on his neck and back. Overall the best experience. Definitely going back

I had a wonderful massage experience today, given by Winnie. She was amazing, and also helped me understand what can I do to help myself with the shoulder tensions etc. She gave an amazing facial massage with acupressure. It was a 60 min session and totally worth it. I would definitely refer to her if you are visiting Kaizen for massage.

I had never gone for a massage before. The receptionist was friendly and signed me in. The place was nicely decorated and had a calming atmosphere.Fedora was professional and communicative after letting her know I've never gone for a massage. She asked if there were any areas I wanted to focus on set my expectations. She adjusted the pressure of the massage to ensure it was a pleasant experience for me. My only 2 complaints was that my insurance only reimbursed $110 out of the 129$ bill and that Fedora doesn't usually work on my days off at the Mississauga parkway location . Unfortunately I will have to book with another rmt. Over all it was a great experience . The place was clean , organized and Upon leaving I saw staff removing all the sheets for their next appointment.
