She helped with staging the house and gave lots of great tips on ways to help make our house show ready. She kept us informed and gave us great advice. We also had Najlaa help us find a rental property and she took care of booking our showings and gave great guidance and support to finding the right place for our family. Gary McLean, the salesperson employed by this brokerage, is a scammer. He was representing the seller in the real estate transaction that I was pursuing in year 2021. Upon property inspection, we found several deficiencies that would cost us around 10,000 to 15,000 to fix. Once these deficiencies were presented, Gary McLean threatened our salesperson that if we were to back out from the deal, they would keep our deposit despite the inspection clause and sell to someone else. This is against the code of ethics and RECO's guideline and everything against the organized real estate's practice. In fact he knew this would not work in the court of law but he was using fear tactic as he knew this would tie our deposit up for a long time. This guys should not work in real estate. He is the reason why good salespersons are scrutinized by the clients because he is the bad seed and sets a bad example.

I am currently looking for a property in Milton and if you are in the same situation you know how taxing it can be and extremely stressful. I have been working with Jaimee Marks from Royal LePage and I personally must recommend her if you are embarking on this experience. She has been extremely kind, passionate, caring and hungry. She doesn’t give up and she doesn’t settle. There have been many times I was ready to give up and she would be the one to say NO WAY we will find your home don’t worry. She does was ever it takes even if it means she is awake any hour of the day. She is always available and returns your txt, calls and emails within minutes. I just want to personal thank and highly recommend her for not only being my real estate agent but therapist at times, awesome friend and wonderful person! With Jaimee on your side you don’t have to waste another min of worrying about a home !

I went today to pick up my deposit and the lady working at the front desk was absolutely wonderful 😊 She was very courteous and kind.
