Another amazing experience of shopping @ Al-Quds. Food quality and customer service at it's best. All my friends and and family members love going there due to the top quality meat and food products. Thank God I live in the walking distance of my favorite store.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this supermarket. Their pricing tactics seem designed to exploit customers, and the customer service is shockingly inadequate. I strongly advise against visiting if you want to avoid being scammed and having a miserable day. There was a cashier after I told her about the pricing she’s like if you don’t take it for that price which was way higher that was displayed don’t come back here no one cares. Don’t go there very unprofessional

I had a horrible experience with “Reema” at the take-out station. I came at 4:00pm to do my weekly groceries and to order some takeout. I came to order some type of kafta or kabab or shish tawook. Nothing was available and when I asked why they had no food if they close at 7 pm, she asked me if I was blind; that couldn’t I see that there was food and was yelling profanities at me including the “f” word. When I walked away from her station, she followed me. I would not be surprised if this person could end up physically assaulting a customer one day as she was brazen enough to do this in a full store in front of other staff and customers . I had to get the butcher involved and the other staff. On average my husband and I spend $400-500 weekly on groceries for years and have ordered take-out once to twice per month. I will no longer be shopping here anymore. Horrible horrible experience.

This supermarket left me thoroughly unsatisfied with its unprofessionalism. From misleading pricing strategies to indifferent customer service, the overall experience was subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic courtesy. I wouldn't recommend this supermarket to anyone seeking a professional and customer-friendly shopping environment.

Excellent supermarket, Friendly service with affordable prices. Highly recommend Alquds Supermarket for all middle eastern grocery.
