Al Salam Bakery and Restaurant is a grocery store with Mediterranean products but also offers up food service in their restaurant.nnThe space is very basic with some eastern charm. And our server was very kind and friendly. The food is great. They are very generous with their offerings.nn4 x 🍢🍢🍢🍢

Got the fattoush salad and chicken wrap on Uber eats. The salad was mainly lettuce with very little dressing. The wrap was not something I would buy again.

We love this place - authentic fresh Arabic food - lots of options especially for vegetarian people to choose from. (probably the best falafel and Man’oushe in South Edmonton ). Love their chicken shawarma and platters. Nothing beats their fresh bread. And whenever we’re here, we’ll do some groceries from here as well - lots of Middle Eastern food items.

Came here with some co-workers for lunch. And I'm still thinking about the chicken shawarma platter from here, it's so good!nnI also loved the little store attached to check out after you're done eating.nnThe only downside was all my co-workers got water with their food, I had to ask multiple times to receive mine. And i received mine when I was almost done with my food.

I visited Al Salam for lunch some time ago. The restaurant had a laid back atmosphere and service. In terms of food, I tried the Chicken Shawarma Plate. The combination of chicken, rice, pita, dipping sauce, lettuce, etc. was nice. However, the chicken was a bit dry and the ratio of the food could be better, so I’d give them 7.8/10
