We really enjoyed working with Lorne. Our house had been listed with another agent, from another company, for four months and our had not sold. Since we had already moved (out of the country) we were in a bit of a panic. Friends recommended Lorne who had just sold their home in under a week (their home had also been listed with a different company originally and sat on the market for some time). Lorne sold our home in one week. He is wonderful to work. He is responsive, easy to communicate with and he is an excellent negotiator. He attended every viewing and engaged with the buyers in a very positive way. He priced our home accurately so there was a lot of interest. I wish we had listed with Lorne from the beginning- I'd be in my new home in our new area by now!

We worked with Donna Gray from Individiata to sell our home and she was wonderful to work with! Not only is Donna an expert in the South Mississauga/Oakville area but she also has a tremendous eye for styling a home. Donna was able to help us prioritize what needed to be done to maximize the selling price of our home as well as navigate as an expert negotiator. The marketing materials that she created were A+ and very high quality. Donna is everything you want in a realtor and more. We would absolutely recommend her to all of our loved ones!

Working with Lorne has been a real pleasure. Although we were listed with another agent previously and reasonably pleased, Lorne added a different caliber of professionalism. He gave us a detailed and compelling analysis of what he thought our property was worth. He went through our property and suggested how to eliminate some eyesores. He is punctual, courteous , follows up and is a pleasure to work with. Couldnu2019t recommend him more.
