If there was a ZERO star, I would choose it for sure. I have dealt with many certified translators in Ontario & BC and this by far is the worst experience ever. Unprofessional with horrible customer service. What a waste of time and money! I asked him to translate my degree similar to what was issued by my university in English because there is the correct way to write my degree in English. All the information and the spelling were sent to him before he accepts the task. He claimed that he knows better than the University itself and he mentioned that what was issued by the university is wrong and his translation is better and no organization would accept my document if he translates it the way I want it. I said no don't proceed with your translation and he held the full fees that I paid upfront and I didn't receive any service! and he mentioned "I will INVESTIGATE this". As a result, I went to another certified translator the next day and the degree was translated the correct way (not his way) and it was accepted by the organization I was applying to with no issues. Many years of experience, doesn't mean that you will always be correct!

Terrible service, many mistakes in translation, not even close translation in medical terminology . I had to redo everything and send him the finals. I paid full price with tax, I sent him an E-transfer I sent him a paid shipping label, and he was so lazy even to arrange drop off or even schedule a pickup!!. he replied, he is busy and I have to do it!!! I end up schedule Purolator to pickup from his home what kind of business and service is that???? Not Professional AT ALL Not reliable AT ALL don't waste your time and money.
