Excellent experience. From A to Z. The team starts with understanding your needs so you're not looking in the wrong place. They create a group chat where all the relevant information can be shared and any question/concerns can be answered. Very reasonable in viewings and tries their best find the ideal viewing sequence (even on Saturdays). Hani is an excellent negotiator, and got us a fair and square deal. 5 star from start to finish. The only regret I have is not using Hani's services on previous realestate transactions. Higjly recommend

Hani and his team have supported me (and my family) over the years with several real estate needs, from renting, to purchase, to selling- basically the entire spectrum. Hani is incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market and economy in Ontario, he’s data-driven, he empowers his clients with facts, data, and the truth, to help them make the best decision for themselves. I’m always left feeling very optimistic and pragmatic after my interactions with Hani. He’s very honest, transparent, and professional, but also incredibly kind and warm - the thoughtful touchpoints always make me smile! His team is really efficient and helpful, and they’re easy to work with. I went through a few realtors before realizing I just needed to work with Hani for all my needs. Hani Al Olabi is not only an amazing real estate agent but also a great person. I was extremely fortunate to have him by my side as I purchased my home. He always made sure I got his times and always made feel like I’m on the top of his priorities. Moreover, he’s extremely patient, my search was not short and he never made me feel I’m wasting his time. I personally think this is very important as most agents are in the business of selling and not as much as in the business of giving their customers the right advise. You’ll never have to worry about this with Hani, I promise you that! Therefore, his feedback is very valuable and respected. Last but not least, I really admire his work ethic. If you’re looking to buy, sell, rent or actually anything that is real estate related, Hani is your guy.

Working with Hani and Team was a great experience. I needed to sell my house ASAP and at top dollars. Best decision ever made to sell through Hani and Team. They delivered more than my expectations. I was worry free from house inspection, staging, and professionally cleaning the house before closing. On top of that, they know how to merge their client into their team. They were detail oriented, honest, and proactive in giving any information before even I asked them. It was great selling my house through Hani and Team👍.
