Iu2019m new in Canada and I donu2019t know much more about immigration process then I started searching to find a firm for immigration.nBased on google reviews and their experience in Canada I went there for my mother I have appointment with Mr. Sandaluk. We discussed about the process then Linda Li and Diane help me to file the papers for my mother.nAnd we filed papers for my mother on May 15 2023 and my mother got her visa on June 12 2023. Iu2019m not disappointed with this firm but I choose the right one. And definitively go with them in future too. I would 100% recommended for MSK.

I am very appreciative of the work MSK did in helping me get my permanent residency in Canada. Gabriella and Maria guided me through the process and helped with any queries and questions I had. They went above and beyond to make sure all my paperwork etc. was in order and they were very patient with my many questions throughout. I was most impressed by their response time - I was never left waiting long for replies to phone calls or emails and this means a lot in the stressful environment of applying for a visa. I would recommend Gabriella and Maria very highly to anyone going through the permanent residency process!

Service and professionalism are beyond expectation..!!!nnI have to be honest to say that I was feeling very skeptical when my wife and I contacted Mamann, Sandaluk & Kingwell LLP for the first time to gain some understanding and a legal perspective on a rejection decision made by the IRCC for a study permit application that went under my wifeu2019s name.nWe thought of contacting the firm for legal advice as last straw because we were heartbroken after all the effort we had put into the application and to receive a rejection.nWe actually wanted to re-apply without giving up and that is when Mr. Mamann & Mr. Rylee advised after looking at the documents we had submitted in the initial time, that we could actually appeal this decision in the immigration courts, since there is a high chance that this decision would be revoked as there was no solid ground for a rejection. They were very transparent and full of integrity. They kept us informed of the whole process and what may or may not happen. They explained every step of the process so clearly in such lament terms that we actually understood what is to be expected at an appeal process.nThe arguments were well written and Mr. Rylee was very attentive to the case, always following with us for every possible document that could help the case in any given way. The commitment of Mr. Rylee really had results as the judge ordered a settlement without trial. The order was to retract the rejection decision and to review the file using a different visa officer. We had to resubmit all updated documents and at this stage the case was handed over to a student visa expert lawyer Ms. Sandra.nMs. Sandra has been an immense help for us from the start. She had helped us to organise our updated documents in a meaningful manner and helped us articulate the study plan beautifully with all vital details included. She was very keen on getting everything ready before the timelines and advised us heavily on how to submit all the updated documents.nOnce submitted it took almost 12 weeks for IRCC to provide the decision and all the hard work and patience in waiting paid off when my wife received the PPR for further processing and in another 2 weeksu2019 time she received her passport with the visa stamped.nThis journey has been long, difficult and financially challenging, but the team made it worth every cent we spent on the case and every second they provided us with undivided attention. We would not have realised this dream if not for them. Their guidance and commitment to the client is exceptional that you would not see in lawyers today. I am very grateful for their service and bless them to be of service to people like us who really need them. I would recommend them over and over to any person, because they are worth it! And I believe in them.

I was introduced to this law firm by a friend who gave an recommendation and i must say that they have given exceptional service. Mr Sanduluk was very helpful in the initial meeting with him and Linda was such a pleasure to deal with. They are easy to talk to and very comforting and their excellent work shows in the progress and outcome of the immigration process. I was able to gain my PR in less than 6 months. They are absolutely wonderful and deliver 100% and i highly recommend anyone who is looking for an immigration law firm that they will get definite results by choosing them.
