Rob was very patient, especially considering we didn’t seem to always know what we wanted. He was great, always available to meet with us, or to answer our question. He kept on top of everything, and was very easy to work with. We would not hesitate to refer Rob to anyone, and we will definitely use his services again, when the time to purchase/sell another house would come.

Almost 5 years ago we decided by buy a home in the Windsor area. We had a real estate agent that was useless. I looked online and found the the smiling face of Rob Schussler. We called him. We saw about 20 houses in 2 days. He worked his butt off for us. On the way home that weekend we found out we got the house we wanted. Today we count Rob as one of our closest friends. We would highly recommend his services.

We recently moved to Windsor from Toronto and needed to find a realtor to help us with the serch. We looked online at quite a few homes and called an agent at this location. From the start of our search right through the final signing and receiving the keys for our new home Rob was beyond understanding and helpful in every aspect of the process. It's agent's like Mr Schussler that take the stress out of the search for that perfect home.

Century 21 Request Realty Inc. Brokerage is THE worst and most untrustworthy real estate company in my opinion. I recently had my home for sale with another realtor and Century 21 sales representative/realtor “Mamdouh Hassoun” brought a so called "Cash" offer to me which fell through on the last possible day because his buyers did NOT have the finances (CASH) causing me to lose my other home which I had purchased. Mamdouh lied about his people having a CASH offer with "No Conditions" and after speaking with lawyers, I found out that most of his deals fall through. I tried speaking to his boss Tom Tomas about this and he took absolutely no appropriate actions. I had been trying to downsize for medical and personal reasons which have now been exacerbated and am now further in debt also due to legal fees and other damages and Century 21 has no regard for that. Absolutely despicable!
