تأسس مطعم باراماونت فاين فودز عام 2007 في تورنتو، تحت قيادة محمد فقيه. ومنذ ذلك الحين، نمت باراماونت فاين فودز بشكل سريع، وأسرت الرواد بقائمتها الأصيلة من المأكولات اللبنانية التي تحضر بمكونات طازجة وبأساليب طهي تقليدية. تضم قائمة الطعام مجموعة من الأطباق الرئيسية المميزة كالشاورما الدجاج او اللحمة و الكباب والفلافل والكفتة وأنواع مختلفة من المناقيش كالجبنة والزعتر والسبانخ. كما يضم ايضاً مجموعة من المقبلات اللبنانية كالحمص و المتبل و شوربة العدس، بالإضافة الى السلطات كالفتوش و التبولة. ومن الجدير بالذكر أن المطعم يقدم الحلويات كالبقلاوة والأيس كريم العربي ومجموعة من المشروبات كعصير الفراولة وعصير المانجا. ولا يفوتنا ان ننوه أن المطعم يقدم وجبات افطار كالبيض المقلي و الفول. في النهاية، تتميز تجربة تناول الطعام في باراماونت فاين فودز بالجودة العالية للمأكولات، والخدمة الممتازة، والأجواء المرحبة والمريحة.
