بول صباغ

بول صباغ هو محامي وصاحب شركة صباغ وشركائه, والتي أسسها في عام 1987، وقد مارس مهنة المحاماة في الشركة منذ ذلك الحين. حاصل على ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال في عام 2003، وهو أيضاً حاصل على شهادة في الحقوق في عام 1985، وبكالوريس في العلوم السياسية من جامعة قطر في عام 1982. تتعلق خبرته بشكل خاص بالنزاعات في القانون المدني والعقارات والقانون التجاري والضرائب، بما في ذلك القضايا الأكثر تعقيداً المتعلقة بالقانون الدولي سواء في المعاملات التجارية أو في التقاضي أمام محاكم كيبيك. وقد مثل العملاء أمام جميع جميع المحاكم المدنية في كيبيك، وكذلك أمام المحكمة العليا في كندا. وكان محاضراً في جامعة مونتريال، ومؤلفاً مشاركاً في Legis pratique- قانون الإجراءات المدنية والمشروح في عام 2020، ومؤلف كتاب المسؤولية المدنية القضائية الذي نشر في عام 2023 بواسطة Lexis Nexis. يتكلم الفرنسية والإنكليزية والعربية.

Clients have appeared before all civil courts in Quebec, as well as before the Supreme Court of Canada. He was a lecturer at the University of Montreal, co-author of Legis pratique – Civil Procedure Law Annotated in 2020, and author of Judicial Civil Liability published in 2023 by Lexis Nexis.
