September 6, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️nToday, I had an appointment with my MS doctor at Sunnybrook. Having been here for appointments in the past, I've always been impressed with the high-quality service they provide. Parking is conveniently located near the front entrance, and there are nearby pay stations for easy access. Inside, they have hand sanitizing stations and provide masks, and you'll find plenty of helpful staff to answer any questions and guide you through the hospital. Wheelchairs are also readily available at the entrance.nnI have the utmost satisfaction with Dr. Lee, who consistently takes the time to address all my questions and ensures I have a clear understanding of my medical plan. I feel incredibly fortunate to have access to such excellent healthcare services.

Visited Sunnybrook Hospital as a guest of a patient. Volunteer staff was very helpful and able to guide us to the correct wing of Hospital.nThere is an ATM on the 1st floor close to the information desk.nThere are hand sanitizing throughout the hospital and at the main entrance there is also a self dispensing mask station which was very convenient.nGift store had very friendly staff and there was such a wide variety of toys, puzzles, t-shirts, stationary, greeting cards and everything in between alongside some gadgets.nThe areas of the hospital visited were very well kept.

It's a very big, well equipped and important hospital. However, from my first hand experience haven't been entirely a positive one. I noticed a nurse tone-policing a frustrated patient, instead of helping that patient. One curious thing I also noticed was another patient in the emergency waiting for over five and half hours for treatment, while there are well positioned monitors that was advertising that Sunnybrook was named 'one of the best hospitals' by 'Newsweek'(a not-so-trusted big newspeak media group).nnAside from the Orwellian themes throughout the hospital and their enforcements on their patients, I do have to say most nurses are grudgingly helpful and this hospital is well equipped to serve a very important role in North York.

Great experience here. The staff were amazing. Very kind and thorough. Thank you!nnLots of washrooms. Easy to find rooms. Good variety in the food court. There’s also a Tim Hortons in the building.nnParking can be hard as the path is pretty narrow, so if you make a turn while looking for parking, you can get stuck behind the cars that are waiting to exit, resulting in wasting time and money. Not much you can do about it but wait it through.nnAlso, you only have 10 minutes to exit after you pay for your ticket, so best to walk to your car right away, as you might get stuck behind cars trying to park and/or exit. Good luck!

I find the staff and employees for the most part, are friendly and helpful. There were a few times when I was lost and asked random employees for guidance, and they went out of their way to help. The lab and diagnostics can be super busy, and for some reason, I always get a bruise with bloodwork, but not at other clinics. It would be great to see reasonable parking fees, but this seems to be the norm. There is a Second Cup inside the main entrance, to the right, and a Tim Horton’s (go straight pass the elevators, turn left, keep going).
