Elvis Vogrin is one the best agents I've met in a while. He is very thorough, concise and his documentation is impectable. Unfortunately I want to share my very bad experience with 2 agents from this office ( Omar Aziz and Senan Poules) they were the most dishonest and unreliable agents I have ever known! they work with another lady from CIBC Bank ,who is a real fraud as well.she suggested something shameful to me in order to get the mortgage from the bank,something like cheating on the paper and putting me in a big trouble, that of course I refused to do! I hope nobody has to experience the same experience that I had with them.please avoid them for your own sake!never sign any documents with them,because they get you in big trouble! I never go with royal lepage again!
