يقدّم المركز العربي الاجتماعي في تورونتو خدمات شاملة لدعم القادمين الجدد، كبار السن، والشباب في المجتمع العربي، من خلال تقديم المساعدة في قضايا الهجرة، تصاريح العمل والدراسة، وطلبات الجنسية الكندية.

على مدار السنوات، حقق المركز نجاحًا ملحوظًا في توجيه الأفراد وتسهيل معاملاتهم الرسمية، مع الحرص على تقديم المعلومات الدقيقة والدعم المهني. يتميز فريق العمل في المركز بالاحترافية، والاحترام، والتواصل الفعّال، مما أسهم في بناء علاقة ثقة قوية مع الجالية العربية.

نال المركز إشادة واسعة من العملاء، خاصة لسرعة الاستجابة، والمرونة في المتابعة، والدعم الشخصي. وقد أثنى أحد المتعاملين على سرعة تجاوب الفريق في تسريع معاملته مع مؤسسة WES، مما يعكس مدى اهتمام المركز بمتابعة كل حالة على حدة.

The Arab Community Centre of Toronto (ACCT) has been a non-political, non-religious, and non-profit organization supporting newcomers in Toronto since 1973. While their early focus was on helping Arab Canadians, they have expanded their services in recent years to welcome newcomers of all backgrounds. ACCT is committed to promoting self-sufficiency by providing innovative programs and services that are tailored to the needs of the communities they work with. Their goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive society that taps into the full potential of newcomers and residents to strengthen Canada’s multicultural fabric. The organization values privacy, confidentiality, efficiency, innovation, diversity, inclusion, accessibility, transparency, integrity, quality, excellence, volunteerism, caring, and compassion. They are always striving to be the best they can be in all areas of their work, which includes providing excellent programs and services, building organizational capacity and effectiveness, achieving financial growth and sustainability, and developing strong partnerships and engagement. The Arab Community Centre of Toronto is proud to be funded by many organizations, including Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration, Ontario Trillium Foundation, United Way Greater Toronto, Employment and Social Development Canada, and the Government of Canada. Their team is highly professional, helpful, and respectful towards clients, and they continue to play a vital role in helping newcomers adapt to life in Canada.
