كمال يوسف صاحب شركة ذا غوود شيفيرد أكاونتغ. حيث يقومون في الشركة بإعداد الحسابات لكلفة الشركات التجارية والمالية، بالإضافة إلى حساب الضرائب للأفراد والشركات واستشارات محاسبية وضريبية، وأيضاً حسابات رواتب العاملين وتأسيس الشركات على اختلاف أنواعها. يعمل كمال في الشركة من 2004. وقد عمل سابقاً كمحاسب في شركة يونايتد للشحن في عام 2003 لجميع أنواع المحاسبة الشخصية والتجارية. وهو حاصل على شهادة دكتوراه في المحاسبة من جامعة موسكو في عام 1991، كما أنه تخرج من معهد دونتسك التجاري الموجود في أوكرانيا بدرجة الماجستير. وهو يمتلك العديد من المهارات في برامج المايكروسوفت وفي المحاسبة وإعداد الضرائب والميزانيات والتقارير المالية، بالإضافة إلى إعداد المشاريع والاستشارات الإدارية والقيادة والتحليل المالي والتدقيق والمحاسبة المالية ومسك الدفاتر، وأيضاً خدمة الزبائن وتخطيط الأعمال والتخطيط الاستراتيجي وتخطيط المشروع والإدارة. مكان وموقع الشركة رائع، كما أنه يوجد كراج مخصص لسيارات العملاء الراغبين في القدوم إلى الشركة، بالإضافة إلى الخدمة الجيدة. تكلم أحد العملاء أن السيد كمال صادق جداً ومخلص ومحترف، كما أن موظفيه مهذبون وسريعون، أوصى به وبشدة للأغراض الشخصية والتجارية.

Kamal has been working with the company since 2004. He previously worked as an accountant at United Shipping Company in 2003 for all types of personal and business accounting. He holds a PhD in Accounting from Moscow University in 1991. He also graduated from the Donetsk Commercial Institute located in Ukraine with a Master’s degree. He possesses many skills in Microsoft programs, accounting, tax preparation, budgets, and financial reports, in addition to project preparation, management consulting, leadership, financial analysis, auditing, financial accounting, and bookkeeping, as well as customer service, business planning, strategic planning, project planning, and management. The location and location of the company is wonderful, and there is a garage dedicated to the cars of customers who wish to come to the company, in addition to good service. One customer said that Mr. Kamal is very honest, sincere and professional, and his employees are courteous and prompt. I highly recommend him for both personal and business purposes.

Let me first stating that as a fellow business person, we are first and foremost responsible to our hiring public, at large. If it is not for the public, we would have no companies or jobs for ourselves or our employees.nnI contacted Good Shepherd Accounting on the advise of a fellow business person and friend. After struggling to make a formal first connection to set up a meeting to discuss 2 + of our companies' needs I had to guess if my meeting was still on as I was promised a text to confirm date and location. That text never came.nnDuring a 2 hour business meeting that was preceded by an email to them stating my business needs, I was seen with surprise, almost that the meeting was forgotten about. I had to re-explain what the needs were which had been previously set in the email.nnI even brought a bottle of wine for the owner as a gesture of good will and a card looking forward to our working relationship.nnAfter the meeting, I received a basic email with a vague quote that I had to ask questions on. Again, no response. Follow up again, no response. Follow up again stating that if the owner is too busy to simply pass me to a staff member who can handle the inquires and a note that says that if we are to work together, my companies' needs are such that I cannot wait 2 weeks for an email response. No response.nnI called the office to speak to the owner whom I had met with who was not in. I was promised a call back today, of which I did not receive. I did, however, hear through my associate who made the referral that he called him to advise he cannot help our companies. Yet, no decency to advise our company, the customer! One can only come to the conclusion that protecting the reputation of themselves to a valuable and fellow national business person is first and foremost important and second to new, non-fellow-national clientele.nnThis level of service and favourtism or perceived racism has no place in the 2021 business world.nnOur interaction cost me 4 weeks of waiting at a pivotal time during my fiscal years when I could have secured anyone more deserving on day 1.nnTime to let the 'son' take over and come into modern day.

They charge not reasonable amounts for tax filing plus they took 2 weeks to complete my personal taxes that another accountant makes it in 15 minutes.
