Hazem helped my family and I buy our first home which was very daunting at first. Working with Hazem was assuring. He understood that this discussion was very critical for us, so he was always supportive and patient with all of our questions and comments.nnFinding the ideal first home is not an easy journey as the image of the ideal home keeps on changing and Hazem understands this. We checked out a lot of homes with Hazem some of which were already sold out, but Hazem was ok this as he wanted us to see different homes and make sure that we are happy with the property we pick to be our first home.nnBuying a home in the hot Vancouver real estate market could sometimes be very frustrating. Hazem always accommodated our requests to check homes with prompt communication and we were able to see homes within about 24hr of their listings.nnHazem made buying my first home less stressful and more rewarding. He would be defiantly be my Realtor for my next house upgrade purchase!

Having Hazem as my real estate agent was vital for closing the deal and buying my first home in Vancouver.nnWhen I first surveyed the market coming from Dubai, I found that all agents had access to the same MLS property list. I didn't appreciate the value of having a good real estate agent back then but little did I know the amount of work that goes into buying a real estate property in Canada is massive, with many possible areas to miss the mark.nnWhile all agents have the same list of properties on the market, Hazem was the only one who showed extreme dedication to his work, professionalism, and unparalleled work ethic. Over a period of almost six months, Hazem helped me understand the market and align my plans for success and decisive action with loads of insights, historical data, and real comparatives from the market.nnIt was truly a great effort to go through every single possible listing and to see if it is a good fit for my requirements. All while being very friendly, courteous, and always with a smile. The fact that he is very knowledgable in the greater Vancouver area also certainly helps.nnI'm already working with Hazme on our next deal and would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent with high standards.

Wow! What an amazing experience with Hazam. He literally went beyond to help us find the best condo for our situation. Very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable at his carrier, did and still is doing his best to help us in terms of calling him at anytime and more. Did his best to get our offer get accepted even though the property had many other offers but still was able to get ours within a day. He is amazing I recommend every person who is in my situation looking to buy a property to deal with him. He is very fast and genuine about everything. He is the best. Thanks Hazam:)

As a first home buyer in Canada, and first time experiencing this such huge responsibility. In very young age. I would highly recommend Hazem Sultan he is great person, helpful, genuine, and very passion on his job you could tell that he gets his job very well, and at any time you need him he will be there and always trying to get everything well done. On top of that he would over explain and make sure that you understand everything.nThank you so much for everything you had done with our family and we appreciate your help a lot :)
