I had an amazing experience working with Taleen! She is a highly skilled, professional, and compassionate realtor. I was moving from Montreal to Toronto with a tight timeline and some unexpected challenges and Taleen was incredibly proactive, knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. She was always looking out for my best interests while working tirelessly to advocate for me as a client and to ensure I was updated, educated, comfortable, and protected. As someone who previously dealt with many realtors, she has an effective and refreshing approach that truly sets her apart from others. I trust her completely with any and all real estate advice and transactions. As long as I reside in the GTA, she will be my realtor and I would certainly recommend her to family, friends, and colleagues. Working with Taleen was an absolute pleasure and I look forward to working with her again in the very near future.

Through my coworker, my wife and I met Taleen in October of last year. Given the fraudulent practises that are currently commonplace on the market, we were originally concerned about selecting a Realtor. But we knew from the moment we met Taleen for the first time that we were in safe hands (specially as First time Home buyer not knowing the entire picture of buying). We simply assumed that she was acting courteously, as any other realtor would, but I can state right now with absolute certainty that she is the person who speaks for herself.nnIn terms of the quantity of properties we wanted to look at, she never expressed any hesitation. On the contrary, she insisted on searching for more propertiesu00a0to obtain the full picture.nnWe never felt pressure of putting a offer from her. She definitely helped us in saving our money with her professional skills.nTaleen's nature is professional and very friendly. She has key important skills that is required as a Realtor such as great communication and knowing behavior (which is rare to see with given number of Realtor available in the market).nWe will be definitely going through her for our future purchases.

I cannot say enough good things about, Taleen. We began working with Taleen in 2019 in search of our first home. Taleen made herself available for us when we needed her and understood our needs. At the time, the market was extremely competitive. We put an offer down on a home we knew we wanted and feared we would be outbid. The sellers declined our offer at first and we were disappointed. Later the same evening we received a call from Taleen saying she continued the converse and got us to a number we could both agree on. It was quite the turnaround!nnAfter flipping our Toronto house we decided to make the move further West. We found another home and our conditional offer was accepted. Anxiously we contacted Taleen and asked her to help us turnaround the listing for our home in less than two weeks. Taleen was there for us every step of the way. She helped soothe my anxieties (of which there were many) throughout the process. We still had plenty of physical work to get done on our house before photos, videos etc so Taleen relieved some of our stress with staging and cleaning services. It was quite the weight off of our shoulders.nnCome offer night, we had three offers total in a very slow market. Taleen once again fought for the best offer and we were extremely happy with the results. Even after the offer went firm Taleen still provided support and advice in our transition to our new home.nnWe would 100% recommend Taleen to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and driven realtor.

To say Taleen is the greatest realtor in the GTA is an understatement. She is the most sincere, compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated person Iu2019ve come to know.nShe went above and beyond to help me through a difficult property sale, especially now during this tumultuous market/economy. She extended herself when she didnu2019t need to and Iu2019m super grateful to have crossed paths with her. As kind and sweet as she is, she is professionally fierce with the business aspect of transactions. We are so grateful to have been referred to Taleen. We would recommend her to anyone! Her professionalism was apparent immediately. She always followed up when she said she would and was very patient with us throughout the entire process. She helped us secure our new home in an extremely difficult market and she also sold our home quickly and stress free!
