Arabesque Restaurant & Cafe is a Palestinian Middle Eastern restaurant, and it is the oldest Middle Eastern shisha cafe in Winnipeg since 2016. You can try the Middle Eastern taste. Here all the food is fresh, halal and locally sourced, and they pride themselves on serving the freshest ingredients. All their meat is halal and hormone-free. They offer Arabic appetizers such as hummus, baba ghanoush, labneh, mutabal, french fries, onion rings, and falafel pieces. They also offer many types of salads such as fattoush and tabbouleh, in addition to cheese manakish, thyme, muhammara, shawarma sandwiches, falafel, and shish tawook. They offer Arabic sweets such as baklava and kunafa, and we cannot forget the types of tea. There are many types of tea, such as Egyptian, Lebanese, Palestinian, Gulf, Syrian, Yemeni and Moroccan tea, in addition to Turkish coffee, espresso, and various cold drinks such as soft drinks, cold coffee, cold tea, and others. The Arabesque staff strives to provide an authentic space run by newcomers and refugees. Just come and you will enjoy the Middle Eastern taste.

Some of the best Hookah. I have friends who literally travel with a Hookah case and they come here so you know it is legit. Only gripe I have is Jesus man, just please get more than one person working the whole place.nnFood was amazing, I loved it. Had a really great conversation with friends I had not seen in a long time.

That place costs your time. If you are a fan of hookah and middle East cuisine ohh... my friend, grab your friends and come there for relaxing time and yummy shawarman!

we were group of 5.nHookah was good but the music killed the vibe.nwe literally had to leave as the Arabian music was too much hammer.nwe also asked the staff if they could change the music but they denied.nfood took more than 30 mins! just french fries it was.npaid for food and water. and left without eating.

I deleted most of the food information as they will be updating their menu.nI got to order off the new menu.nnEverything we tried was great. They asked me for my honest opinion and there was nothing negative that I had to say. I tried to find something but I was very pleased with the flavors. The salads are some of the best in the city for middle Eastern restaurants that I've tried.nnThe photos I have of the interior are no longer accurate as they have added in some smaller tables to accommodate their busy restaurant. It's also better for when you only have 2 people. It can get cramped if it fills up. I forgot to take pictures of the updated interior.nnParking is available on the street as the restaurant is directly located on Corydon.nThis restaurant is on the second floor.nn----- old review but what is still valid-----nThere is no separation for people who smoke hookah (which is normal for most places that serve hookah) so if you aren't comfortable with that, this isn't the place for you. I do not smoke hookah, so the review I am doing is more about the food. My friend does smoke hookah and you is his number one choicen2 Pros about this restaurants, they have a lot of different combo choices to choose from. They also have a nice assortment of drinks for non drinkers which includes a variety of teas served in what looks like a copper pot with beautiful glasses. I am very interested in going there to try the rest of their tea variations.nIts comfortable and the service was very friendly and informative!

Good atmosphere with corydon street view. Waiter was quick to serve too. Space was quite until 10pm so not bad for if you want to go and have hookah with friends and not have many people around!
