Whatever you do, Don’t deal with Asif Jamil from this brokerage, one of the most Unethical realtors I have EVER dealt with. Made us jump through hoops to get into a condo that had a fridge that did not work amongst many other issues with the unit. On top of this he colluded with my room mate to try and illegally evict me and I had to contact the landlord’s son and involve him to work things out. He then stole a key deposit from me saying the unit needed to be cleaned due to damage on the carpet from my roommates pets and said I was responsible for the damage though they were not my animals nor was it in my room. When we moved in the unit was covered in grime and even had food from the last tenant still in the cupboard! Do yourself a favour and steer clear of Asif, Most unprofessional and unethical service I have ever received and a great example of what not to do as a realtor.

Don't let them hold your deposits as a seller. My home closed 2 weeks ago, yet to see the final remaining balance. Emphasized I needed it right away, and I was leaving the province the next day, and was in the peel/sauaga area. It fell on deaf ears and was ignored and told I have to wait for "payroll". Cynthia in accounting didn't even take my calls and was " on lunch, do not disturb.." nor did the broker of record bother to call me as requested. A) I am not an employee B) You have no rights holding onto my money after closing.. Eventually the realtor that works for them stepped in, after I had requested if he could help and have them courier it next day. " Sure, np!" .. Well, still no cheque..and apparently my cheque was mailed " regular" mail. So, after being adamant about getting my money asap, a significant portion had been sent out " regular mail..".. lol.. You've got to be kidding me?????!!? I'm sure they are more then professional and nice to people when they are out to earn and make money.. but, I totally see the transparency and lack of care, if it's not in their interest. Shame on you. BTW.. Where's my money ?

I had a great experience dealing with Muhammad Imtiaz. He was very honest and clear in all his dealings and provided me with excellent guidance. I would certainly refer his services to my friends and relatives for buying or selling their houses or condos.
