Very nice place! You should definitely stop by and check them out!nBut just know that everything is $$$ Obviously. But if you really want it you will get it!nBut I mean you wonu2019t find the antique Arabic stuff they have anywhere else in Ontario.nnTheyu2019re located on the lower level under Walmart. very nice staff there as well.

Came across this unique shop at Erin Mills mall, close to main entrance. Amazing collection of Turkish decor, lighting fixtures, wall hangings, cutlery, traditional furniture and tea sets, rugs, Arabian perfumes, attar, incense, bakhoor and you name it. Very friendly and helpful staff. I bothered them a few times before buying a wall hanging and they patiently served me. Very flexible exchange policy and staff seemed motivated to help you out. I also bought their own branded bakhoor, it smells very nice and lasts longer than others. You would think that this shop is expensive but i found it cheaper than other similar shops (btw no other shop has this kind of collection) in GTA. Overall it was a great experience.

They have the worst customer service. A few of the items I had purchased were damaged and not inspected before I purchased, and one item was too big. I came back to exchange the items and could not do so since Ramadan items are final sale, no where in the store or receipt does it say that, and we were not told this when we purchased the items. The lady at the front called the owner and the owner said she has inspected the items, even though the person who checked us out was there and admitted they didn't check it. I consider myself an honest person so to be treated in this manner is extremely infuriating, and instead of causing a scene I just left them the items at the store. At least when I talk to my credit card company they will be more receptive to returning my money. TL;DR buyer beware
