Several of our friends have been doing business with Mourad for many years and highly recommended him. After working with Mourad we understand now why they are loyal customers to him and what a great investment it has been for them. It was truly pleasure working with Mourad and his team. We quickly developed trust in working with Mourad since he is very knowledgeable, provides precise analysis and answers, pleasant and comforting to communicate with, energized and confident. We ended up quickly developing full confidence in making decisions with him because we know that his goal is to make the best of our investment to the point where we felt that he is helping us as if he is investing himself. Katie helped us with a purchase Georgina Heights in Keswick, ON and the customer service we received was amazing! Everything was seamless and Katie and the rest of the team went out of their way to make sure our purchase went through successfully and the deposits were sent over to the builder on time. Back In 2007, Mourad helped us purchased our new home in Mississauga. He and his wife Mayar went out of their way to show us all the available houses that fit our criteria. They did not put any pressure on us to close a deal until we were extremely satisfied with our choice. That is why when it was time to sell that house this year, we went back to them for their services. With the help of Tomi, Kate and the rest of the Mourad Hanna Team, we were able to sell our house at a our desired price and within a short amount of time. They provided us with a comfortable townhouse unit to stay while they were staging our house and that enabled us to rest comfortably while waiting for the offers to come.
