Dr. Fannie Mottet is excellent and ensures that I am properly informed about my health and care.Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. She is very kind and friendly and explains everything in a very clear manner. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.The staff has always been helpful I highly recommend becoming her patient!🤗

"Secretaries take calls from 9 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 3 pm". It is currently 9:50 am and this message is still playing and I get automatically hung up on. This is infuriating!!! How are we supposed to make, change, or cancel an appointment!? Seems to me that this is an ongoing problem according to the reviews... It also indicates to make an appointment online, however, this site always says that there is no available appointments to give.. Something needs to be done!

Clinic was OK until one of their doctors, Dr Boulmalf, started a personal argument with me in the corridor over a scheduled pap test that she cancelled. An argument that could've been avoided with the minimum of courtesy and respect. But this doctor chose to talk down to me like I was a naughty child which made it impossible to do the test with her afterwards. She then called me at my home numerous times afterwards with a private number to continue arguing with me forgetting her role as a doctor to provide medical suivi or to calm the waters so that we could move forward. I listened to her verbal attacks for 15 minutes mostly for me putting a review. In doing so she put further pressure on me to unsubscribe from her as a family doctor. She threatened to call the RAMQ as if to "fire" me. This doctor accused me of lying instead of taking responsibility for having allowed herself to run away with her emotions. She took an oath to DO NO HARM. To treat patients professionally as patients without bias or without bickering with them. I have reported this doctor for her unprofessionalism. She is unable to control her emotions when she takes a dislike to a patient. This situation could've been managed better by the doctor either rescheduling right away or by apologizing for the confusion/cancellation and moving forward. But she decided to come after me make it personal, and stress me. I had to hang up on her as I couldn't stand her aggressivity. I will not be bullied by any doctor. Neither at a clinic nor over the phone at home. Because she chose to come "discipline" me afterwards by phone, I felt it necessary to name her. My review before this one had her name omitted. Any other issues I had with this clinic are minor in comparison. I can tolerate scheduling mistakes or misunderstandings but I can NOT tolerate a doctor treating me like this. Unfortunately my autistic son still has her as a doctor which is not going to work very well for him or me.

Dr Vincelli is the most patient & caring family doctor I've ever had. He listens to you, takes your needs seriously, and does his job exceptionally well.

Receptionist Nicole is incompetent. Plz someone explain whats the role of this receptionist in your clinic if all she does is pick the call and puts me on hold for last 2 hours that I have been trying.
