يعمل الشيخ ذكوان عبد الرزاق الحلبي كمأذون شرعي لإجراء عقود زواج إسلامية، وهو معتمد من الحكومة الكندية. كما يمكنك سؤال الشيخ ذكوان عن أي فتوى شرعية. الشيخ ذكوان حافظ للقرآن الكريم، كما أنه يقوم بتعليم اللغة العربية إلى جانب عمله كمأذون هناك، فهو يتحدث اللغة العربية إضافة إلى تحدثه للغة الإنكليزية بطلاقة. يحمل الشيخ ذكوان الحلبي الجنسية السورية. وقد انتقل إلى كندا في عام 2020، ومن هناك قد بدأ مشواره، حيث أنه متواجد حالياً في ميسيساغا – أونتاريو.
