The mortgage centre team provides top notch service. Ahmed reviewed our portfolio and set our expectations from the onset but still went over and above to provide better rates from Lenders. Had an awesome experience working with Ahmed for a little over a year to buy a new home, throughout a very tricky year in the market. Ahmed provided professional and timely advice. He made sure we were well informed on all options, always reminding us that this was an important life decision and never rushing us into a decision. Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness Ahmed Jadallah Mortgage Center was exceptional in guiding me through every step of the lending process, he was so patient with us to cleafiy each step ! A last minute new Mortgage and the renewal time Ahmed was very helpful throughout the entire process and very fast in responding to my emails and phone calls. Amazing service by Ahmed Jadallah and his team. As a first time home buyer, I had no clue about the requirements to buy a house. Ahmed was very knowledgeable, clear and organized from the first meeting I had with him, and he walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Even though my situation was somehow complicated, Ahmed managed not only to secure the best rate comparing to the most famous banks in Canada, but also to close the deal on time.
