Hanadi El Jirjawi graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. She worked as a real estate agent at SG C Financial in Ontario, Canada for a year and six months, and as a financial advisor at Scotiabank for a year and one month in the Greater Ottawa Area. She has taken numerous courses in her field and in other areas. Currently, she works as a mortgage agent at Pegasus Company in Ottawa, where she is known for her attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in Arabic, English, and French.

My family is new to the country, we've been here for just over a year, the idea to committing to such a huge financial responsibility like buying a house was daunting. Chioma of Pegasus Mortgage Lending Center Inc made the process seamless, enjoyable and stress free. She was able to explain in detail what was happening each step of the way. Most importantly she was able to find us a lender with the best interest rate and even exceeded our expectations and got the original rate which was great to begin with lowered a couple of times. Honestly she felt like a God-sent. We have closed on the property and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend utilising this company, you won't be disappointed.

My experience with Pegasus was excellent. From beginning to end, the communication was impeccable. I got all the questions answered in a couple minutes. Our brokers Matt Brookes along with Fred Camingal and the team really did help us not with one but two mortgage approvals in a short period of time. They gave us best rates you can find online. They are friendly, patience, knowledgeable and have excellent service. I appreciate all the help they gave during the process and you can tell they’re professionals. I highly recommend them!

The mortgage renewal process is a daunting one is what I realized when I had to start my Mortgage renewal. Jessica Kaur from Pegasus Mortgage held our hand through the entire process, and was very professional in making sure we got the best possible rates and that we are able to understand each and every document that was being requested from us and the entire application process. She really went over and above answering questions we may have had and providing us support and constant follow ups during and after the application process. Definitely a professional through and through. We will be looking to work with them again when we next require mortgage related products. With her positive attitude, constant follow-ups and check-ins our mortgage process went very smoothly. Her experienced team was also very helpful and gave us reasonable recommendations every time we needed help. 10 out of 10 and very recommended!
