“Orientation towards God, excellence, and focus on personality” This is the slogan of the school that seeks excellence, and is among the best Islamic schools in Mississauga based on the Montessori system. Grades 1 through 10. It trains students to be self-directed, realistic and responsible decision-makers when solving the problems they will face in the multicultural and ever-changing world, all drawn from the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet. It should be noted that Ms. Nisreen Ali, the school director, said that she feels lucky to take this position. She founded the school in 2006, and the school began with 7 students. From the first day, Ms. Nisreen seeks through that school to care for every child and pay attention to his intellectual, social, and emotional development. In light of the Holy Quran and Sunnah, and also providing a committed academic education. Education is based on a long-term relationship between the student and the teacher. The most important basic principles of the school are piety, mastery, honesty, and morals.

What to say about Al-Manarat Heights other than it is the worst possible school to send a Muslim child? There are students in the school running gangs, walking around with fake "tattoos" on their arms and hands, other students playing around in salah. My son told me that he witnessed the kids in the school's Hifz program of all things trying to assualt a student in the middle of the Jummah Khutbah. Sure, they may teach Islam, but not in an orthodox way. Students are expected to memorize pages worth of Arabic content which would normally take someone upto a month to truly understand, in 5 days. This school is so messed up to the point where teachers do absolutely nothing to properly resolve student confilct, leaving students to take matters into their own hands, causing more issues. Worst Islamic school I have ever had the displeasure of visiting/experiencing.

MashAllah it's a beautiful Islamic school that focuses on the foundation of Islam while living in the West. The teachers are knowledgeable and promote an open and safe space to tackle issues we face here, while teaching them the pure spirit of Islam, free of cultural baggage. Highly recommend!

Management of the schools is a literal shame as they are open to baisness and ready to override basic human rights just to win a inter school basketball match. They were openly cheating, hitting players and physically abusing players while referee was like I didn't saw anything. While, I don't even want to give a one star but I think that's the most appropriate platform raise my concern and if it would in my hand, I'll definitely give - 5 stars for sure.
