The staff are proud of their menu, they are friendly and efficient. I tried their meat shawarma with Iraqi bread ($11.99) and a chicken tekkah sandwich ($9.99) and it was a good choice.nThe place has a plenty of tables for friends and family to enjoy their meal.

I ordered the Mankeesh with meat and cheese and the hummus… both were delish!nMy server, Ahmed was so friendly and made sure that I was happy with my meal and attended to. Will definitely come back with friends.

This restaurant is a true Iraqi style restaurant. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is just like a Kurdistan atmosphere. The style is very simple and humble (شعبي). All the staff speak Arabic. The manager Ahmed and his helper (looked like a new guy) were amazingly helpful.nThe food is amazing we ordered everything because we were a family of 16 people. The restaurant has a very big space and an outdoor setting too.n*The shawarma was not the best tbh but the other dishes were amazing.nI would highly recommend their chicken tikka (تكه دجاج).nWe wanted to try the Iraqi cream (كيمر و كاهي) but unfortunately after we ordered it they said it was sold out .nThey have self-serve Iraqi tea. So you go and help yourself for free :).

I visited Baghdad a week ago and my experience was not good. Their food was average, fresh, but extremely overpriced. I ended up paying $10 for a wrap of Falafel that is considered a street food elsewhere. Moreover, I had to wait around 20 minutes for my order to finish, and they did not apologize for that.nTo be honest, everything was fresh as you can see the bread getting baked and the Falafel getting fried in front of you and served fresh.nThere is plenty of parking lots in front of the restaurant and they offer both indoor and outdoor seating.

Pros: The service was incredible and the staff are very friendly. The samoon bread was delicious and the food came out quickly.nnCons: The rice lacked flavour, it was missing something that I can't put my thumb on. The kebab was very gamey and had a strong lamb taste as opposed to beef. I believe if they fixed the Lamb Meat/Fat to Beef ratio it would improve the kebab.nnWould I come here again? Yes, not for the kebab but to try the shawarma
