This homey and authentic joint is awesome! Mediterranean food by far is incredibly underrated and absolutely delicious.nEverything has that good old homemade with love, pride and outstandiny effort factor.nI got a few Falafels to go for a light snack. Very reasonable fare for fresh, crispy yet super light and soft in the middle yummy falafel pucks.nSupport local businesses!

Ordered delivery here, the wrap came soggy.nThe chicken was dry and the rice itself was a bit bland.nI was more disappointed that they forgot the pita wrap with my chicken platter, with no bread at home I just threw the humus away.nNo cutlery and napkins were provided despite ordering quite a bit of foodnnThe Tabuli was pretty good, and the Jamaican beef patty was really tasty, I would probably come back again just for the patty, however, everything else was a bit disappointing.nnoverall, food was just okay (except for the beef patty which was good) and presentation was very disappointing especially with the missing pita bread and the lack of napkins and cutlery for a pretty decent sized order

We had the chicken schwarma plate which was good. It was big so we shared it. Their baklava was very good as well. Some indoor seating. Quick service

Probably the most disappointing falafel experience I've had in Vancouver. I had the Vegetarian Plate and nothing tasted fresh. The tomatoes in the Greek salad were on the verge of being mushy (I ate them, but considered discarding them, and if they'd been any more mushy I would've thrown them out), the hummus was grainy, the pickled onions tasted kind of funky, the samosa wrapper was not crisp, the dolma filling was weirdly dense, the pita was store-bought and very thin (I recognize this is intentional and a style some people like, I just prefer a thicker pita for dipping). The toum was really good, but that did not make up for everything else going on.nThey get a second star from me because when I ordered I also bought a bottle of their ayran to drink later, and that did end up being pretty good, so I feel my rating should acknowledge that there was something that wasn't a complete miss. But I definitely wouldn't eat here again.

Went to the Best Falafel restaurant on Commercial Drive with a friend who's never had Middle Eastern food before.nnTried the Beef and Chicken Shawarma plate. They were REALLY GOOD!! Wow! Tastes amazing!nThe Garlic sauce was soooo gooood! I asked for extra garlic sauce and they had no problem giving it to me.nnIt's a subway style restaurant, they ask you what you want in your shawarma (chicken, beef or lamb) and then vegetables and pickles.nnThe service was really good, they were very friendly and courteous and the food, like I mentioned, was top notch!nnI'm definitely coming back here again.nnI would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone! A++++
