دينا الغندور وكيلة عقارية معتمدة، ولقد أمضت كل حياتها المهنية في إدارة المشاريع والتعامل مع جميع أصول المشروع وتحليل المخاطر المحتملة والتحقق من التدفق النقدي وتحقيق توفير في التكلفة من أجل العميل. تعمل دينا سمسار عقارات في شركة كولدويل بانكر العقارية الموجودة في أونتيون من أواسط سنة 2023 وحتى الآن، وقد عملت سابقاً في شركة رويال لبيج ريال إيستت من عام 2022 وحتى عام 2023. حاصلة على شهادة في العقارات من جمعية أونتاريو العقارية في عام 2018، وشهادة دبلوم في التسويق والوسائط الرقمية من كلية الأعمال الكندية في عام 2018، وهي حاصلة على شهادة بكالوريس في الهندسة المدنية من جامعة عين شمس في عام 1996، وغيرها من الشهادات. وقامت بدورات في تفاوض العقود ومهارات الاتصال الفعال وإدارة التكاليف وإجراءات العقود وغيرها الكثير. وهي تتحدث اللغة العربية بالإضافة إلى اللغة الإنكليزية. لا تترد بالاتصال بها للحصول على أي نوع من الاستشارات العقارية وستكون دينا سعيدة بمساعدتك.

Dina Elghandour is a certified real estate agent. She has spent her entire career managing projects, dealing with all project assets, analyzing potential risks, verifying cash flow, and achieving cost savings for the client. Dina has been working as a real estate broker at Coldwell Banker Real Estate, located in Montion, from mid-2023 until now. She previously worked at Royal Lepage Real Estate from 2022 to 2023. She holds a certificate in real estate from the Ontario Real Estate Association in 2018, and a diploma. in Marketing and Digital Media from the Canadian Business School in 2018, and she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University in 1996, and other certificates. She conducted courses in contract negotiation, effective communication skills, cost management, contract procedures, and many others. She speaks Arabic in addition to English.
