I called 2 months ago looking for an working opportunity with the firm. The person said he wrote down my phone # and made sure the manager in charge will Contact me. I waited for 3 working days. Nobody called from this firm. I called front desk, and another person wrote down my # And email, and told me will pass the info. Nobody called in 2 months. I can imagine how messed the customer service system could be. If I called twice at different time and 2 different staff said will pass the info. And still Nobody reached out to me for 2 months.... Anyways,i called remax. And the manager responded me within half hour.... What the difference.... Im not with neither brokerage now.

An agent booking a showing and then cancelling 15-30 minutes before the showing time, with zero explanation or apology as to why, is completely unacceptable. I understand that things come up that are out of an agentu2019s control, but that is where respect and communication are key. Preparing a home for showings is a difficult task in and of itself, but adding three small children into the mix, makes last minute cancellations with no explanation extremely disrespectful.

Its very hard to understand in today's world when your agent Huda Alvi makes and appointment and fails to show up with her clients...not even a phone call to advice of a cancellation very unprofessional ........never had this terrible disregard for professional conduct which is lacking with this agent........this Saturday at 11:30 booking in Niagara Falls..........I would never recommend her to anyone......

I just wanted to share my thanks to Maurice Anderson and Royal LePage for their amazing service helping my Dad and I find our dream home!nIt wasnu2019t the easiest process getting approved but Maurice was patient and did everything in his power to make it smooth and help us out in anyway that he could. He always also never failed to show us properties and always had the answers when we asked with a super friendly attitude. Weu2019re extremely satisfied with Maurice Andersonu2019s service and we would love to recommend him to any family and friends trying to find a home.nnThank you so much my friend and canu2019t wait to get my next one from you again!

If I could give a zero, I would. Lillian Marson showed up and was rude, entitled and unprofessional to the current tenant when going to give a showing. I don't think it is okay to go around poking your head in the windows either
