المدرسة الناجحة تعلم أن نجاح الطفل هو نجاحها وتفوقه هو تفوقها، مدرسة مالمو قامت بدراسة سلوك الطفل داخل المدرسة في المراحل التي تقوم بتعليمها وفي كل مرة تهتم بتطوير طريقة وأسلوب إيصال العلم والفائدة للطفل، المدرسة لم تشاور الإداريين لفعل ذلك بل أخذت برأي الطلاب وأولياء الأمور والموظفين من أجل الوصول للمرحلة التي تراها المدرسة لها ولطلابها من ناحية النجاح والتطور، تقوم مدرسة مالمو بتدريس المنهج السائد على المدارس كلها بالإضافة للغة والثقافة العربية وتنظر على أن اللغة العربية مهمة في مهارات التعليم ولبناء طلاب عالميين ناجحين، وانتقل اهتمام المدرسة من تطوير المحيط الموجودة فيه إلى أن تحاول الوصول إلى أماكن أبعد، فخصصت باصات النقل للطلاب البعيدين عن حي المدرسة.

A successful school recognizes that a child's success is its success, and their excellence is its excellence. Malmo School has conducted a study of students' behavior within the school at the stages it educates, and each time, it focuses on developing the method and style of delivering knowledge and benefits to the child. The school did not consult administrators to do this but instead sought the input of students, parents, and staff to reach the stage that the school sees as important for the success and development of its students. Malmo School teaches the standard curriculum used in all schools, in addition to the Arabic language and culture, viewing Arabic as essential in the skills of education and in building successful global students. The school's focus has shifted from developing the immediate environment to reaching out to more distant places, with transportation buses dedicated to students who live far from the school premises.
